Complete internal refurbishment of this high-end residential apartment in Belgravia, on the Grosvenor Estate. Designed by Sarah Finney, NTJ London and Woodstock Furniture. The internal structure was upgraded with high-tech heating controls, and new sash windows with FINEO glass and in particular the floors and ceilings where we installed a high level of soundproofing. The property was awarded planning permission for air conditioning, which was installed under strict conditions by the Grosvenor estate. On completion, this beautifully presented luxury two-bedroom apartment passed all tests and showed a significant improvement across all aspects of the works.
