A full restoration of a Grade II Listed Victorian townhouse in the heart of Kensington, completed over 14 months. Every internal and external element was restored throughout, including the 180-year-old staircase, original floorboards, and period cornice and plasterwork. A Delta waterproofing system was installed to the basement, along with new drainage, underfloor heating, and bespoke joinery. A modern winter garden was added to the rear, complementing the original character of the building.
