We selected NTJ in the first place because I found them very honest and clear as to what things would really cost and how long they would take. I believe that they were exactly on schedule (after we had made a few changes) and also on budget. As a client this is probably the most important thing I can highlight – they are very reliable, straightforward and delivered on time and within the budget. I also liked the way they worked – very pleasant to deal with. Any problem which arose or issue which cropped up was dealt with quickly and easily and I never felt penned in or bounced. I greatly enjoyed working with all the team members – they are polite, hardworking and take great personal pride in delivering the highest quality. Often there are snags and hitches once a project has been completed and in this case, the few small tweaks were attended to immediately. They still take an interest in the property and want it to look good and work for us – that is very rare these days. We had a very high profile tenant move straight into the property and I felt very happy knowing that Tom was always on hand to deal with anything which might arise. By the end of these projects you have a pretty close relationship with your contractor and in our case we really liked Tom and his family and I would be keen to use them whenever we had a similar project again.
